  After graduating from university, worked mainly in the internet/software industry at Boston Consulting Group's Tokyo/Seoul offices, Participated in the launch of GREE International's Silicon Valley office in the U.S., worked on large-scale log analysis for web products. D. in Machine Learning at Matsuo Lab. Appointed as Assistant Professor at Matsuo Lab. Founded PKSHATechnology in 2012. Engaged as a WG member of the Digital Market Competition Council, Cabinet Secretariat, and as a member of the Study Committee on how to put AI principles into practice, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Selected as one of the Young Global Leaders YGL2020 by the World Economic Forum at Davos, Switzerland.

  Technical AdvisorMATSUO yutaka

  Graduated from the Department of Electronics and Information Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, The University of Tokyo in 1997.
  D. in 2002 from the same university.
  He has been working at the Information Technology Research Institute of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) since the same year.
  He has been a visiting researcher at Stanford University since October 2005.
  In October 2007, he became an Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Engineering. He is interested in artificial intelligence, especially in higher-order web mining. He is a member of the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence, Information Processing Society of Japan, and AAAI.

  where he led business growth for the next 12 years.
  He was responsible for the company's core consulting/training business, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area. After serving on the company's Board of Directors, he became President and Representative Director of JAM Co.

  He held a number of executive positions in charge of the company, which became one of the few hyper-growth companies in Japan.
  He then established Island Claire Inc. to support the development of young managers and to jointly create new businesses, and has been an outside director of the Company since December 2019 (current position).

  He has been a corporate auditor of the Company since June 2016 and an outside director and audit committee member of the Company since December 2020 (current position).

  He founded Shimomura Sogo Law Office and assumed the position of its director (current position).

  Software developer. Representative Director (current position), Hay Inc.
  Prior to starting his own business, he was in charge of advertising products at Google Japan.
  He participated in the founding of Freakout Inc. and Ignis Inc. and served as a director at both companies before they were listed on the TSE Mothers in June and July 2014, respectively.
  He has been an auditor of the Company since December 2016 and an outside director and audit committee member of the Company since December 2020 (current position).
