This service will support corporate functions such as accounting, human resources, and procurement, as well as IT help desks and industry-specific back-office BPO domains.

Objective of the Joint Solution: Resolving Challenges in AI Utilization and Entrenchment in the BPO Domain

In recent years, driven by a declining labor force and increasing hiring challenges, BPO needs have expanded to simultaneously meet the requirements for improved operational efficiency, higher quality, and consistent availability. Concurrently, the progress of generative AI technology has advanced high-performance AI agents to a level where they are practically applicable to business operations.

However, to maximize the capabilities of AI agents, it is essential to design them appropriately—including their incorporation into business flows, authority design, and knowledge management—while also establishing an operational framework that supports effective collaboration between AI and human personnel through robust governance, auditability, and continuous improvement.
